Well here's another blog to add to the list, what ever list that is, I'll let you decide. So a little about me.....I'm a recent graduate in Software Engineering currently achieving my lifes ambition and working for the Civil Service. Recently on a trip to the Giants Causeway I proposed to my girlfriend and now I'm in the process of planning a wedding.
So what's the point of this blog? Well I'm at a point in my life where I've finished education, and trying to get established in the big bad world. The shelter provided by the education system and my parents is slowly being eroded away as I take my steps into society. Where do I want to go with my life, I donno but hopefully it will be interesting getting there!
What a busy week its been. Kinda handy having something to talk about for your first post beyond introductions. My Fiance had her degree show on Friday and on Saturday we toured Donegal seeing locations and assessing options for the big day. So far the planning has went well, we've picked the church and Hotel and have the main flow of the day planned so that's all coming together nicely with no disasters so far. Now that her degree is over we'll have more time to spend together exploring so I'll aim to post updates of those travels and any great gems that this country has to offer. The next week will be a tough one at work with so many staff off as well as management holding back work for overtime that didn't happen! My Fiance's degree show continues this week as well as a couple of pieces being selected to appear in a couple galleries in Bangor <----[attempted plug]. Anyway I'll update this as things happen and we'll see where this goes together!
